Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 2026-05-10
These terms apply to bookings made directly at cityentrance.com for the apartments operated by Krambi UAB (registered office: M. Daukšos 3-23, LT-02101 Vilnius, Lithuania; company code 302726084; VAT no. LT100007260215). By completing a booking you accept these terms.
Bookings made through third-party channels (Booking.com, Airbnb, VRBO, Expedia) are governed primarily by the host platform’s terms; these conditions apply only to the on-site experience and in-property rules.
1. Booking and payment
A reservation is confirmed once the full stay amount and the Vilnius city tax have been successfully charged via Stripe. Prices are quoted in EUR and include 12 % Lithuanian VAT on accommodation. The Vilnius city tax (€2 per adult per night, capped at 30 nights) is collected on behalf of the City of Vilnius and is not part of our revenue.
2. Cancellation and refunds
Standard policy: free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival; cancellations within 7 days of arrival forfeit the accommodation amount. The Vilnius city tax is refunded for any cancelled night. Channel-specific or promotional rates may carry stricter rules; the applicable policy is shown at checkout and on your confirmation email.
3. Check-in and check-out
Standard check-in: 14:00. Standard check-out: 11:00. Self-check-in instructions, building entry code, and the per-stay apartment-door keypad code are sent before arrival via the guest hub linked in your confirmation email and by a follow-up message a few days before check-in. Late check-out may be available subject to the next booking and a fee.
4. House rules
- No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes inside the apartments or building common areas.
- No parties or events. Quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00.
- Maximum occupancy as stated on your booking; additional guests require prior approval.
- No pets. Assistance animals required by Lithuanian law are accommodated.
5. Damage and liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during the stay beyond normal wear and tear. We reserve the right to charge the payment method on file for the cost of repair or replacement. Krambi UAB’s liability for indirect or consequential losses is limited to the amount paid for the booking.
6. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, government action, utility outages). Affected bookings will be rescheduled or refunded on a case-by-case basis.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes will first be addressed informally; if unresolved, the courts of Vilnius have exclusive jurisdiction.
